Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Operate phone systems to answer calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or guest room
- Assist with guest requests such as room service, wake-up calls, and transportation arrangements
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of guest payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth guest experience

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel operations and front desk procedures is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications

This position requires excellent guest relations skills and the ability to effectively manage phone systems. This position will be 2 Night Audit Shifts (11p to 7a) and 2 mid shifts (3p - 11p). As a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests. Your main duties will include checking-in guests, addressing inquiries, operating phone systems, and assisting with guest requests. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, along with familiarity with hotel operations. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
